Delph Property Group makes £35 million acquisitions in North West

This week, national and regional publications up and down the UK have been talking about Delph Property Group’s £35 million investment in PRS schemes across Manchester and Liverpool.

 

A site in Manchester’s Green Quarter with planning permission for 146 flats in a 15-storey building was bought from Fortis for around £25m.

Delph also acquired a site in Liverpool with planning permission for 71 apartments for £9.6m.
