On a gorgeous sunny Tuesday evening in June, Chelsea Waterfront unveiled its newest phase to the world.
Tower West, a stunning 37-storey building on the north bank of the River Thames, is the tallest residential skyscraper in SW10 and is already an architectural icon. Whether you’re looking up, along the full-length glass facade, or out, across the city from its penthouses (of which three were reserved prior to the big night) Tower West makes a remarkable impression on you.

Designed by Sir Terry Farrell, the internationally-renowned architectural genius behind the capital’s MI6 building and Incheon International Airport in South Korea, Tower West is the pinnacle of extravagance and elegance. Obviously, a top-quality specification is employed in every inch of the development inside and out, which sings for itself the moment you walk through the bespoke Accouter Design door.
Prospective purchasers at the launch were invited to scale the tower in PPE via an external hoist and shown the views from the 28th floor as a taster of life in Tower West. Feedback was unanimous as they returned to the party: “wow”. As a result, it’s no wonder one apartment was reserved on the night, with a further two the following day and several more over the week following.
Over 130 people attended the event on the 19th (despite some horrendous traffic surrounding Lots Road on the evening!) including Sir Farrell, Chelsea Waterfront’s landscape designer Lord Randell Siddeley, and local socialite Georgia ‘Toff’ Toffolo. Photos of champagne being sipped, and canapes being nibbled, coupled with the incredible views of the City as the sun set made for excellent social media content. The live Instagram stories created by TwoBlue for Chelsea Waterfront were viewed by over 100 people on the evening, with the hashtags #ChesleaWaterfront and #TowerWest being deployed across Twitter and Instagram by launch attendees, local admirers and followers of the scheme.

If you are a journalist or social media influencer and would like to travel in the external hoist up to the jaw-dropping views from the 28th floor of Tower West, or, for those with vertigo, a tour of the third floor(!) please contact Laura Sears to make an enquiry: info@tbcpr.com.
