Slovakian developer J & T Real Estate enters the UK property market in partnership with prime luxury residential specialists Sons & Co
The two companies have entered this joint venture for a residential development plot set within London’s South Bank district. Once serving as the grounds of the National Grid’s main power grid, the scheme now has planning permission for the construction of 163 apartments and 87,00 sq ft of office space, as well as retail and cultural space.
Comprising this ambitious project will be three imposing towers – 19, 15 and 10 storeys respectively – designed by award-winning architecture and design firm Squire & Partners.
Founder and Chairman of JTRE, Peter Korbacka has high expectations of this extensive conversion, calling the project an important strategic milestone for both parties.
