After a meticulous development process, Pinks Mews recently made its debut on London’s property market earlier this month
Developed by our client Sons & Co, Pinks Mews is a newly launched luxury development in Holborn comprising a collection of boutique apartments and penthouses.
The properties have often drawn comparisons with the set of a Dickensian drama and looking at the development its plain to see why. Sons & Co have gone to great lengths to lovingly restore its listed facades, not only renovating the buildings but further enhancing them with new Mansard roofs and reinforcing them with sturdy steel support.
Heritage is something that extends even further than the period architecture. In the past, this secluded side street was occupied by the Worshipful Company of Dyers, who died the red jackets worn by hunters, dubbed “Hunting Pinks“. Sons & Co borrowed from this backstory when naming Pinks’.
Inside, however, the apartments are modern in every sense of the word. A mixture of double-height, lateral and duplex properties all offer a distinctively contemporary style of interior architecture. This modernism is more than skin deep, as each home benefits from state of the art technology that encompasses everything from high-end appliances to cutting-edge living solutions such as comfort cooling and underfloor heating.
