Case Study: 185 Park Street

TwoBlue Communications is proud of our ongoing support to Sons & Co for their 185 Park Street development.

185 Park Street is a residential-led scheme in a premier London location with highly influential and culturally significant neighbours including the Tate Modern, Shakespeare’s Globe and Borough Market.

We have successfully set up a robust multi-channel community engagement framework which engages a range of local stakeholders including businesses, residents and political players.  Our work ensures that relations to the community remain constructive with clearly defined communications channels for the community to engage with Sons & Co.

Within our framework we have authored and designed a series of newsletters which introduces Sons & Co to their neighbours, shares details of the plans and informs local people of the construction timeline. Together with Better Bankside, we established a sound methodology to effectively distribute to 800 addresses around the site. Details of the site were also distributed via Better Bankside’s monthly newsletter, reaching an audience of 15,000 with a 30% click-through rate. Our efforts have allowed local people to be able to quickly raise their questions, opinions or concerns that we in turn have been able to seamlessly action.

Looking to the future, we are excited to continue providing communications support to this scheme through the delivery of a fully integrated PR and marketing framework. We will bring forward our expertise in digital marketing and social media engagement to launch 185 Park Street to audiences both domestically and overseas.
