Estates Gazette recently featured Real Estate Balance in its list of the property sector’s top collaborators of 2018
Dubbed ‘The Collaborators’, the list comprises fifty different companies hand-picked by the Estates Gazette team alongside a panel of expert judges. EG’s pick of property industry partnerships rounds off the year with a welcome celebration of those in the industry who have worked hand in hand with their peers, politicians, and the general public. All of the chosen companies the same shared goal of delivering a new and improved public realm, and a property sector to match.
Our client Real Estate Balance features on The Collaborators at number 31 – interestingly enough, this spot on the list falls right next to a fellow non-profit Club Peloton. Real Estate Balance was initially started by a group of female leaders from different organisations and disciplines, with a passion for tackling the property sector’s gender imbalance.
This year, Real Estate Balance has been hard at work readying their new toolkit of resources for its official launch, complete with research, case studies and video interviews. Built from the ground up to support organisations looking to improve their gender diversity, the toolkit offers practical guidelines centred around three key areas: leadership, culture and opportunity.
