First is the Stellar Portfolio, an asset that Arlington acquired from student accommodation provider Fusion Students. Comprising 1,857 beds in total, the Stellar Portfolio consists of four assets in Newcastle, Nottingham, Cardiff and Bristol. Merlin Heights, Leicester, was also recently acquired by Arlington from a private investor. The newly built asset comprises a total of 601 beds developed by Watkin Jones in 2016.

Arlington was thrilled to close 2018 with one of the UK’s largest PBSA portfolio transactions of the year, and Fusion Students cited the sale of the Stellar Portfolio as a significant step forward in their corporate development.
