Slovakian real estate company JTRE has appointed TwoBlue Communications to manage its public relations programme in the UK and western Europe. The integrated communications brief includes both public relations and social media.
Headquartered in Bratislava, JTRE has 23 years’ experience in the real estate sector, over 300 employees, registered offices in three countries and projects in six countries. The company has completed more than 50 developments in Europe with an estimated total GDV exceeding €1.2bn. It has a further €1.5bn worth of planned projects in the pipeline in central Europe, Russia and the UK.
JTRE’s entry into the UK in 2018 was marked by the acquisition from Delancey of 185 Park Street in Southwark, in a joint venture with London-developer Sons & Co. This scheme will comprise three mixed-use towers built on the former National Grid site, including 163 luxury apartments and 87,000 sq ft of office space.
Peter Morley, Managing Director at TwoBlue Communications, said:
“We’re delighted to have won this account and to be helping an important European real estate investor and developer enter the UK market. JTRE is a major player in central Europe with a first-class reputation, however as a new entrant to the UK, the company’s profile here is virtually non-existent. JTRE intends to build a considerable operation in the UK and we look forward to raising awareness of the company’s significant investment programme”.
