Beaubridge makes headlines in PrimeResi with The Elsworthy Collection

Our client, Beaubridge Capital, was delighted to enjoy an excellent feature on their stunning development, The Elsworthy Collection, in PrimeResi.

Newly launched in Primrose Hill, The Elsworthy Collection is a development by private equity investor Beabridge Capital and Sunley Group. The Finkernagel Ross-designed project on Elsworthy Road features a property populated with works curated in collaboration with the Young Artist Partnership.

The developement delivered six properties behind a replica 19th century Arts and Crafts façade, including a six-bed townhouse, a four-bed duplex and four more apartments, all nesteld among the charming suburban-style streets of the Primrose Hill Conservation Area.

The duplex interior has been given a fresh spin with an arty twist through a collaboration with the Young Artist Partnership (YAP), a platform supporting young artists in the early stages of their careers. A curated collection of modern artworks, supplied by YAP, has created an outstanding harmony between high-end property and contemporary art, with a unique colour palette and beautiful furnishings. This lovely maisonette has been meticulously designed around chosen works from some of the nation’s most talented young artists. PrimeResi reports that the results have been described as “unlike anything else presently on the market”. The scheme launched with an exclusive YAP Private View event.

Prices at The Elsworthy Collection range from £1.05m for a one-bed apartment to £7.5m for the four-bed duplex. The townhouse has already been spoken for.

Jonathan Seal, of Beaubridge said: “Key to me, right from the very start of the process of developing the Elsworthy Collection, was to create interesting and imaginative apartments that created a juxtaposition between the replicated 1880’s Arts and Crafts exterior and the new contemporary apartments on the inside.”
